Industry solution: Overhead lines

  • Suspension and dead-end towers for high-voltage and railway grids

Resilient under high-voltage

Ensuring the safe transport of energy over hundreds of kilometers: our porcelain long rod insulators. Ever since 1930, LAPP Insulators has been manufacturing high-quality products for high-voltage and railway grids.

Our insulators for overhead line construction are produced in line with international standards. But customizations are naturally also possible. For instance, energy distribution and transmission applications in various strength classes up to a maximum of 530 kN. What’s more, we also design complete chain arrangements with ceramic long rod insulators. To improve the pollution layer performance, our products are also available with a silicone coating.
